VUCA is an another acronym, but one that we all should understand. In my personal opinion, this explains in the best way current environment.

A – Ambiguity
I will not start discussion about everything we do need to navigate through in our daily life, there is a lot. However, it is more interesting to discuss how to prepare for it, or how to make the organization or ourself prepared.
